Give feedback to unsuccessful suppliers automatically

When you have a competitive quoting process, giving feedback to unsuccessful suppliers can help them improve their quotes for next time.  Unfortunately, it is very time consuming to email every supplier, for every quote!

When you complete on order on ChemCloud you now have the option to notify your account manager that they have been unsuccessful, and (if you wish) give more detail as to why.

The reason for your decision (and additional context) will be sent to the account managers of the unsuccessful quotes.
