We make improvement updates to the ChemCloud portal 2-3 times per week. Sometimes they are big (New Features) and other times small (UI Improvements). All of them should either Save Time or Save Money for our customers. You can see a log of all those changes here, starting from July 2024.

Add and edit quotes

Receive a quote over the phone? Negotiate the supplier down by a few cents?

You can now add quotes from your existing suppliers into ChemCloud - so that all your quotes are in the same place. You can also edit existing quotes if you have received updated information from the supplier.

Storing all your quotes on ChemCloud has several benefits:

  • Centralise data: Keep all your quotes in the one place for team members to see
  • Store quote history: Build up your database of quotes from suppliers over time
  • Automate PO data entry: You can automate creating a purchase order in just a few clicks
